This is the fourth time I have opened this thread to share my take (on best marketing books) and I have realised that I have read NONE of great marketing books !!! :innocent:

All my fav books are either on sales or general entrepreneurshit stuff.

I seriously need to reconsider my life

Here’s a book you should definitely try - Unthink - Chris Paley

Not a Marketing book but it tells a lot about Human behaviour without going deep into psychology.

Will check that out and I always believe marketing is 90% psychology.

I am looking for Marketing reporting excel templates for B2B Marketing. What are the key metrics top companies track on regular basis in the current age?
Hubspot has some great templates, but they do not complete for many other aspects. https://offers.hubspot.com/excel-templates-to-make-marketing-easier
For lead scoring, got few good templates from Marketo.

A little late but i have liked reading Blue Ocean Strategy. Differentiates between Blue Ocean (new products with newer ideas with a twist) vs Red Ocean (Cut throat competition) https://www.amazon.in/Blue-Ocean-Strategy-Uncontested-Competition/dp/1625274491/ref=sr_1_1?crid=6QJQHULUIBN1&keywords=blue+ocean+strategy&qid=1568097938&s=books&sprefix=blue+ocean+%2Cstripbooks%2C322&sr=1-1

A very gripping and interesting read is When Coffee and Kale compete http://www.whencoffeeandkalecompete.com - This book gave me a framework on evaluating product and strategy ideas. Alan Klement is an excellent writer.

I have also read All marketers tell stories but somehow didn’t strike the chord with it as much as I thought I would.
